An amplified pilsner recipe fermented up to ‘Imperial’ levels of alcohol, then aged for over a year in ex-Chardonnay French oak barrels. Floral aromas and oaky notes are blended with vanilla and lemon-lime. Medium-bodied, with bready notes from our unique pilsner malt and sweetness from maize. The Chardonnay and wood adds a refreshingly dry finish that is balanced by moderate bitterness.
