By placing your order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Use of any functionality of Wells & Co. constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Wells & Co reserves the right to amend without notice these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of any promotions and discounts we may make available from time to time . Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.
GENERAL
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
If your order is a gift and contains alcohol, the recipient must also be aged 18 years or older. An adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for delivery, see “Deliveries” for further details.
Our site is solely for the promotion of our products on the UK mainland. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the England and Wales mainland.
We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.
While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.
We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, Wells & Co takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any information relating to a third party that is incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.
Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until Wells & Co have dispatched the items to you.
If you are a consumer and we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products sold through this website. Wells will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any business or persons which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.
PAYMENT
Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards. We cannot take orders by phone or email.
Card payments are made through a secure server. Wells & Co does not store your financial details.
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY
We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.
We currently only ship to England and Wales mainland addresses.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID in the form of a UK driving licence or a passport. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit or incorrect orders within 24 hours of delivery by our courier to shop@brewpoint.co.uk
We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated below. Compensation cannot be offered for loss of wages or any other costs due to failed or late deliveries.
Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Wells & Co is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.
Alcohol is best enjoyed in moderation and must be consumed by the “best before” date.
We aim to dispatch orders received by mid-day on the same day. Orders placed after mid-day or on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank holidays we aim to dispatch the next working day.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to return merchandise please contact shop@brewpoint.co.uk to receive returns details within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Any merchandise returned without prior notification to and acknowledgement from Wells & Co shall not be accepted. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging to Wells & Co, BrewPoint Cut Throat Lane, Bedford, MK14 7FY.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where merchandise is faulty, in which case return shipping costs shall be reimbursed to the customer at the same rate as the customer paid to Wells & Co for the delivery to the customer of the merchandise. Merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of our acknowledgement of your request to return the merchandise A refund will be processed within 14 days for the merchandise , minus applicable shipping costs. Refunds shall be made to the debit/credit card used to purchase the merchandise.
Refunds shall not be issued where merchandise returned to us is not in a re-saleable condition and/or the returns and refund terms have not been met by you. Refunds will also not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the Delivery terms set out within these terms and conditions.

All content included on this website, unless uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Wells & Co, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the Website unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by Wells & Co.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce a right does not amount to waiver of it.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts.
